What is Play Therapy?
Play Therapy helps individuals express feelings and overcome challenges through play.
We use toys, games, and creative activities to express thoughts and emotions, helping everyone understand and manage feelings in a fun, safe way.
Play Therapy helps children develop emotional skills and cope with challenges, aiding their growth and healing.
It's not just for kids…
Think about it…
A lot of us struggle to find words for our emotions, especially in the moment. Using toys and metaphors throughout our session allows me to tap into your feelings without using words!
Now, of course, some people may not have trouble using their words when they have big feelings, but play therapy also provides an array of hands-on coping skills. In our playroom, we work as a team to identify your strengths and weaknesses. We use this information, not only to support you in times of need, but to reinforce what’s already working for you!

"Play Therapy allows children to say what they cannot speak and to express what they cannot articulate."
