Play Therapy
This is the good stuff! Play therapy utilizes play, children's natural medium of expression, to help them express their feelings more easily through toys and games instead of words.
Play therapy is what I do most frequently, but let me know if you’d rather have a casual sit-down, I am trained and excited to do whatever feels right for you!
Family Therapy
It’s a family affair! Need to work on some parenting skills, repair relationships, or need some better communication skills? This is your next stop! Together we will utilize play therapy techniques alongside talk-therapy to get everyone functioning happily and healthily.
